We're adding an
extra week to this
tournament. It will
now end on May 10th
instead of May 3rd.
This way the final
won't be on Mother's
Day.
This will add more
money to the prize
pool, so 5th-8th
place prizes will
get bigger.
There will be some
new flyers out soon
with these updates.

For those players
that support this
league and the many
places that are in
the league, I give
you my warmest
thanks. We as a
poker league have
done many good
things to help this
community and those
less fortunate than
us than most people
would ever think of
doing for anybody.
My applause to you
all.
I've done a little
thinking over the
last few days on how
I was going to
adjust the prizes
after losing The
Frog and Scandals.
When we lose a place
to play that affects
everyone of us,
that's why it is
very important to
support all of these
places we go to. I'm
not asking you to
spend your paycheck,
but maybe buy a
hamburger or dinner
and help . I know
most of you do and I
thank you for that,
but there is a
certain amount of
people that don't
help out.
This message goes to
those of you that
don't help support
this league. I'm not
going to let enough
places drop out of
this league to close
us down and I'm sure
you know that. So
you think: so what
if a bar drops out,
Tony will get
another one and I
still don't have to
spend any money to
win large prizes
that ACES gives
away. Let me tell
the players that
don't support
ACES-PLACES, you are
only fooling
yourselves. Here's
just a quick list of
places that have
dropped out due to
people not spending
money and not
supporting the
place. :

Just for your own
information, if
these places were
still in this league
along with the ones
we have now,
the prize pool for
this season would be
at least double what
we have now.
and we would have at
least 15 $150.00
games for a total of
$2,250.00
6 specialty games
for a total of
$2,000.00 and
the finals would
have $4,000.00 for a
prize pool.
Every time this
league loses a place
it's because of lack
of support from
players.
You are only hurting
yourselves. Again,
most of the players
in this league know
this fact, and to
them I sorry for
having to say the
obvious. To those
that come out and
support the places
in this league and
the league itself, I
thank you. To those
that are trying to
get a free ride to
win money, you have
my blessing to leave
this league and go
find another one.

so, no winners game
on the 24th of
February
Scandals is gone,
so, no winners game
on 1st of March
At the finals, I
will only change 5th
through 8th to
$25.00 each, 1st
through 4th will
stay the same
March 12th Jerrys
game will change:
1000 point entry
fee, still 7 pm game
1st $300.00 2nd $100
3rd $50.00 4th and
5th $25.00
